The County Administrative Board supports regional actors in gender equality issues. We are working to ensure that the entire county is equal.
Gender equality is a central part of democracy. Both girls and boys, women and men should have the same power to influence society and their own lives. Everyone should have the same opportunities, rights and obligations in all areas of life.
